Christian Dior Couture seeks Visual Merchandising Manager in Las Vegas. $90K–$100K annually plus bonus. Luxury retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of support to ensure visual merchandising works, installations, rotations, and maintenance are executed collaboratively with all key stakeholders including the Regional Retail Manager, Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations teams
  • Direct visual efforts encompassing collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event set-ups, including overnights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Oversee display updates across Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry, and Watches categories across assigned boutiques
  • Cultivate a culture of brand integrity through development of display maintenance structures and systems with rigorous attention to detail and accountability
  • Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all involved teams with full visibility and transparency
  • Lead walk-throughs of displays and participate in morning meetings to foster ownership and operational alignment across stores
  • Address merchandising concerns to accommodate business needs and corporate directives while maintaining established guidelines
  • Support other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings when capacity permits
  • Develop and maintain close partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category visual merchandising leaders across all product universes
  • Manage diligent handling, care, and organization of props to ensure maintenance, upkeep, and up-to-date inventory records

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of brand presentation
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels including HQ, corporate, and retail teams
  • Proven ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand image development and implementation
  • Flexibility to work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
