Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain visual standards with meticulous attention to detail according to global merchandising directives for each location
  • Execute overnight window changes and floor reconfigurations aligned with seasonal and product launch requirements
  • Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
  • Re-merchandise displays according to sell-through data and product launch schedules
  • Partner with boutique management teams to sustain visual presentation standards throughout operating hours
  • Upload store and project photography to the internal VM application for corporate review and approval
  • Serve as an integral team member for store openings and special events, ensuring exceptional visual execution
  • Oversee and organize props inventory, ensuring efficient availability and maintenance
  • Communicate visual presentation direction and standards to in-store teams in close coordination with corporate visual direction

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate design trends into compelling store windows and retail environments
  • Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills
  • Proven ability to develop and train store management teams
  • Ability to communicate strategically across all organizational levels
  • Strong follow-through and execution capabilities
