Parfums Christian Dior visual merchandising internship in Singapore—support campaigns, design, and retail execution across Southeast Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of seasonal visual merchandising campaigns and new product launches across all POS locations in SEA markets
  • Assist in adapting regional visual merchandising guidelines to local store formats and market requirements
  • Support the preparation and distribution of visual merchandising guidelines, references, and execution instructions to retail teams
  • Monitor campaign execution in accordance with Dior brand standards and campaign direction
  • Coordinate with suppliers on the production and delivery of visual merchandising POSM for animations, events, and promotional activities
  • Develop and support retailtainment initiatives that enhance the overall client experience
  • Manage logistics and setup of trade animations and retail events, including post-event documentation and photography
  • Support new store openings by assisting with planograms, POSM coordination, visual preparation, and installation requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive store-opening fitting guides and visual instructions for setup teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track POSM delivery and installation timelines
  • Support on-site store opening activities and visual merchandising setup where required
  • Coordinate visual installations and campaign changes with retail teams to minimize operational disruption
  • Communicate visual merchandising instructions clearly to local markets, retail teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Maintain organized records of visual merchandising guidelines, campaign assets, and POSM requirements
  • Observe and document visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and retail developments
  • Consolidate store photographs and market feedback into monthly visual merchandising reports
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of POSM, visual tools, props, fixtures, and campaign materials
  • Track POSM orders, delivery status, quantities, and distribution to individual stores
  • Support visual adaptation for digital corner updates and campaign deployment
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, presentations, and campaign-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Proficiency in SketchUp (preferred)
  • 3D design knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills across functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and project management capabilities
