Dior Visual Merchandising Intern in London | 1-year internship supporting brand activation and retail excellence in luxury beauty and fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Visual Merchandising Manager with regular counter launches throughout the year
  • Support VM team with launches across the UK and pop-up activations as needed
  • Lead and manage projects from design conception to in-store activation, adhering to brand guidelines, timelines, and budget parameters
  • Conduct weekly visual audits of West End and flagship stores, documenting merchandising and maintenance issues for team feedback
  • Manage budget trackers, raise purchase orders, and process supplier invoices
  • Coordinate point-of-sale materials (POSM) and tester product orders
  • Establish tracker systems including ROI calculations and supplier cost analysis
  • Perform monthly competitive analysis to inform visual strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with visual merchandising, marketing, sales, and training teams

Qualifications

  • Creative background or relevant coursework
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong Excel competency and numerical acumen
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
