Visual Merchandising Intern at Christian Dior, Amsterdam. Support luxury retail displays, inventory, and logistics in a full-time internship role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to participate in seasonal launches and store rotations
- Oversee prop inventory movement and integrity by ensuring all items are properly catalogued at Dior's off-site storage facilities
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to manage shipment logistics and deliveries
- Maintain accurate tracking and cataloguing of all shipments arriving from Headquarters, including receipt of invoicing
- Ship and track Visual samples to Paris
- Log and organize the use of Visual Merchandising ready-to-wear samples and prop closet inventory
- Maintain and update the Visual Merchandising Calendar
- Assist with window installations across both Amsterdam boutiques
- Post and catalogue current photographs of recent installations and new store opening displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business-related objectives and adapt to shifting priorities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Visual Merchandising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining adaptability

Experience
Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Visual Merchandising or related retail display environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related discipline. Candidates must remain enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
