Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth-running of the UK Visual Merchandising department and the execution of visual merchandising strategies across all points of sale
  • Interpret creative briefs into designs that resonate with the local market, brief the Central Team for feedback, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure on-brand execution
  • Oversee the workflow process and project management of LCP Counter roll-outs for all animations throughout the year in coordination with the line manager
  • Assume ownership of forecasts and budgets for all visual merchandising activations in partnership with the line manager
  • Manage the workflow process and implementation strategy for 3Axe sites and seasonal animations across the retail network
  • Project manage Christmas ad hoc initiatives and special promotional projects from conception through execution
  • Manage the procurement process and budget allocation for tender projects, liaising with the purchasing team to secure optimal suppliers and cost efficiency
  • Support project logistics including ordering POSM (point-of-sale materials), testers, and video content
  • Drive the strategy and implementation for LCP new launches and DTR (Dior Travel Retail) exclusive pieces, ensuring market readiness and maximized impact
  • Ensure flawless counter execution and brand presentation standards at DTR locations from launch through sustained performance
  • Support installation and activation planning during new product launches, collaborating closely with store teams
  • Conduct frequent site visits to London flagship stores to ensure visual merchandising adherence to brand guidelines and standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field Visual Merchandising, leading collaborative conversations with retail and field teams to drive continuous improvement based on feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, luxury beauty retail, or comparable luxury sector roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising principles, display techniques, lighting, signage, and strategic product placement
  • Proven experience managing budgets for visual merchandising initiatives, including procurement oversight and supplier cost management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design software
  • Established track record of effective supplier management, negotiation, and relationship building with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams
