Christian Dior Couture seeks a Visual Merchandising Designer (Windows) in Paris — full-time, hybrid role creating and delivering flagship window installations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects from concept through in-store implementation, with a focus on window displays and flagship activations.
  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical and formal documentation for approved concepts.
  • Write comprehensive prototype briefs exploring multiple fabrication approaches and techniques.
  • Adapt and declinate the creative concept across multiple points of sale and store formats.
  • Provide ongoing support to local teams for activations, including layout design, preparation of 3D files and coordination of special projects.
  • Conduct regular production-site visits to ensure design fidelity and quality of execution.
  • Establish installation schedules and orchestrate interventions of internal teams and external contractors for Paris boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of demonstrable experience in visual merchandising, window or exhibition design, with proven delivery of complex or large-scale productions.
  • Proven expertise in production management, including scheduling, vendor coordination and on-site supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills, project-orientation and ability to manage multiple concurrent installations.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
  • Positive, flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills and readiness for business travel.

Experience
