Christian Dior Couture seeks a Visual Merchandising Admin Intern in London for a 6‑month on‑site internship starting 5 June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VM team in daily project management: schedule and organise project approval meetings, update VM calendars and monitor deadlines across seasonal campaigns.
- Produce and maintain corporate presentations, creative project guidelines and graphic documentation for shop windows, pop‑ins and internal takeovers.
- Manage the VM tool lifecycle: update the VM database, track deliveries/transfers/storage costs, archive assets on internal share drives and save photographic records after each rotation.
- Coordinate procurement and production logistics for VM prototypes and tools, liaising with local suppliers, contractors and Paris HQ to ensure timely manufacture and installation.
- Administer supplier data entry via dedicated portals and ensure purchase orders and invoices are raised and filed; review VM costs weekly and report data to Paris and finance monthly.
- Provide operational support for in‑store events and assist the UK VM team with additional project planning duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of prior retail visual merchandising experience or equivalent internship exposure.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain meticulous records.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, Paris HQ, stores and senior management.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, reliable and able to work independently; genuine enthusiasm for luxury fashion and visual merchandising.

Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design or a related discipline.
