Role & Responsibilities
- Manage storefronts and internal product displays in designated locations according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Create detailed reports with store photography and strategic visual recommendations aligned with the boutique's brand identity
- Collaborate with the sales team to communicate VM strategy objectives and integrate feedback on commercial performance
- Develop display strategies tailored to the boutique's layout while adhering to corporate VM guidelines
- Educate and align the sales team on visual merchandising standards to ensure consistent brand presentation
- Execute display changes based on VM directives and maintain visual standards on a daily basis
- Oversee inventory of display tools and materials, communicating resourcing needs to regional management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising or retail display experience
- Strong creative sensibility with demonstrated passion for fashion, design, and contemporary art
- Exceptional attention to detail, aesthetic refinement, and presentation standards
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evening and weekend shifts

Education
