Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising in the store daily, collaborating with retail teams for window changes, display rotations, and collection launches, following Central VM guidelines.
  • Develop zoning plans in line with store allocations and Central VM guidelines.
  • Create a VM installation schedule to ensure product rotations across all categories.
  • Prepare products for installations, involving department heads to isolate new arrivals.
  • Support special events organized by the store's CRM Specialist, such as VIP client events.
  • Train retail teams on VM guidelines to uphold the brand's image and identity.
  • Maintain constant communication with department heads to convey VM information and understand strategic and commercial needs.
  • Support commercial activities by adjusting displays in collaboration with the purchasing team and department heads.
  • Organize and manage props stock within the store and external storage, alerting the zone manager about any needs or shortages.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in the luxury sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative, structured, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
