Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain visual merchandising excellence in-store through daily display setup, adherence to central VM guidelines, and participation in window changes and collection launches
- Manage visual organization of retail space by developing product zonings aligned with allocations, planning installations and product rotations, and preparing new collections with store departments
- Actively contribute to retail performance by adjusting displays to support business objectives, collaborating closely with sales and buying teams, and supporting peak trading periods and client events
- Lead and unite store teams around visual merchandising standards through daily training and awareness, participation in store briefings, and regular communication with departmental managers
- Ensure operational VM management including organization and tracking of display materials inventory, anticipating needs, and coordinating with the regional team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail sectors
