Parfums Christian Dior – 6-month VIP & Celebrity Communications internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting international product launches and luxury brand visibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement VIP, celebrity, and expert communications strategy across international subsidiaries, including casting validation, local activation tracking, creative briefs, and asset distribution
- Coordinate product seeding and special shipments through inventory management, demand forecasting, product orders, and vendor liaison
- Organize international events including itinerary development, transportation and accommodation coordination, guest list management, and media outcome tracking
- Manage fashion show operations encompassing talent reception, personalized suite deliveries, exclusive service coordination, product distribution to makeup artists and manicurists, and vendor management including agents, hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers, florists, and specialists
- Oversee content production and post-production follow-up in collaboration with vendors and regional markets until final approval
- Analyze campaign performance and track influencer rankings via Tribe Dynamics software; generate campaign reports and executive dashboards for senior management
- Monitor vendor invoicing and maintain budget oversight including supplier account creation, monthly tracking, and payment follow-up
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in communications, advertising, or business school
- Fluent English and French (written, spoken, read)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation capability
- Strong collaborative and teamwork orientation
