The VIP and Celebrity Assistant Intern supports the VIP Project Manager on product launches across Parfums, Makeup and Skincare, working on international communications, seeding, events, fashion shows, content, reporting and budget follow-up. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based on site in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the VIP, Celebrity and Expert communications strategy with international subsidiaries, including casting pre-approvals, local activation tracking, creative brief management, and sharing visuals, guidelines and moodboards.
- Coordinate product seeding and special shipments, including stock management, anticipating launch needs, product orders, and follow-up with agencies and service providers.
- Help organize international events, including preparing programmes and itineraries, coordinating transport and accommodation, updating guest lists, and tracking coverage.
- Support fashion show operations, including welcoming talent, coordinating personalized in-room gifts, arranging exclusive services, sending products to makeup artists and manicurists, and managing providers such as agents, hairstylists, makeup artists, photographers and florists.
- Track content and post-production with service providers and markets through final approval.
- Analyze media impact and track rankings using Tribe Dynamics, including creating campaigns and preparing reports for top management.
- Track invoicing and budgets, including creating supplier accounts, monthly follow-up and reminders.
