Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate regular transport flows—deliveries and returns via road and air freight—across the European distribution network in compliance with service commitments, budgetary constraints, and House specifications
- Serve as operational interface between Sales Administration (ADV), Distribution, and Logistics functions
- Centralize and communicate volume forecasts and other critical information to transport partners to ensure full operational control
- Monitor delivery schedules in real time using tracking tools; inform Distribution and Logistics teams of any advance or delay in boutique delivery schedules
- Anticipate and adapt transport plans for peak periods, collection launches, exceptional events, regional variations, and public holidays
- Maintain and update the transport plan; communicate changes to key stakeholders (ADV, Distribution, Logistics)
- Manage operational anomalies arising from carrier activity
- Oversee e-commerce transport operations when applicable
Qualifications
- Formation in transport and logistics at Bachelor's or Master's level (BAC+4/5)
- Knowledge of transport operations and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and WMS systems (Reflex)
- Operational proficiency in English
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Methodical, rigorous, and well-organized approach to partner management and performance tracking
- Operational autonomy and ability to make decisions rapidly
- Initiative and proactive capacity to challenge existing processes for continuous improvement
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in transport or supply chain operations; however, strong foundational knowledge of transport and logistics principles is required. The role is designed as an apprenticeship to develop operational competency in coordinating European distribution networks.
Education
Formation in transport and logistics at Bachelor's or Master's level (BAC+4/5 or equivalent).
