Christian Dior Couture Transport Coordination Intern in Orléans, France – support European supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular transport flows for deliveries and returns (road and air freight) across the European zone in compliance with service commitments, budgetary constraints, and operational standards
  • Serve as operational liaison between order administration, distribution, and logistics functions to ensure seamless coordination
  • Centralize and communicate volume forecasts and operational information to transport partners to ensure full activity oversight
  • Monitor and report in real-time on delivery schedule status (ahead or behind schedule) using tracking and monitoring tools to support distribution and logistics teams
  • Anticipate and manage peak periods, collection launches, exceptional events, and holiday schedules by adapting transport plans as needed
  • Maintain current transport schedules and communicate all changes to key stakeholders in order administration, distribution, and logistics
  • Investigate and resolve operational anomalies related to carrier performance and service delivery
  • Support e-commerce transport operations management where applicable

Qualifications

  • Initial training in transport and logistics (BAC+4/5 level or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with office software suite (Excel) and warehouse management systems (Reflex WMS)
  • Operational English language capability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-system environments undergoing organizational change

Experience
