Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Transport and Logistics Security Manager role defining and deploying international security policies and compliance frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and disseminate security standards applicable to warehouses, logistics hubs, and transport operations across all central and regional sites
- Deploy transport and logistics security policies globally, accompanying and training logistics teams on security compliance requirements
- Conduct security audits of logistics platforms, transport service providers, and asset recovery sites, evaluating conformity to internal standards and international frameworks
- Perform vulnerability studies of infrastructures, flows, and logistics processes; identify risks and propose targeted mitigation measures
- Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans with local teams and external partners, measuring effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including OEA (AEO), Known Shipper status, TAPA FSR/TSR, customs regulations, and secure goods transport requirements
- Oversee logistics platform security maintenance through verification of access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, visitor management, and shipment/receipt protocols
- Select and manage security service providers on central sites with performance monitoring; establish and transmit applicable security protocols
- Define security requirements for transport service providers; evaluate and audit carriers; assess and secure road, air, maritime, and multimodal shipment routes
- Participate in selection and accreditation of transport partners; actively maintain Known Shipper and AEO certifications in liaison with prefectures and civil aviation authorities
- Investigate losses, theft, fraud, and incidents; coordinate with law enforcement and legal services; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programmes to supply chain, logistics, and transport teams; foster a security culture among internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in design, expansion, and renovation projects of logistics facilities, integrating security requirements from inception
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of specialized experience in security applied to international transport and logistics
- Significant experience in a multicultural, international environment
- Advanced knowledge of international transport risks
- Mastery of OEA (AEO), Known Shipper, TAPA FSR, and TAPA TSR frameworks
- Proficiency with customs regulations and international commerce
- Expertise in audit methodologies and risk analysis practices
- Familiarity with security technologies including video protection, access control systems, anti-intrusion systems, and geolocation
- Proficiency with reporting tools and project management platforms
- Background in the luxury, distribution, or industrial sectors is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in security applied to international transport and logistics. Demonstrated experience in a multicultural international environment. Prior experience in the luxury goods, retail distribution, or industrial sectors is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent qualification in risk management, security, supply chain management, logistics, or security studies.
