Christian Dior Couture: Transfer Pricing & International Tax Specialist, Paris. Full-time role managing global tax compliance and transfer pricing strategy for luxury maison within LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, structure, and evolve transfer pricing policies for goods, services, and other cross-border flows in accordance with OECD principles and group guidelines
- Ensure consistency and robustness of transfer pricing policies across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate implementation with local teams
- Supervise declarative obligations in France and internationally; lead production of transfer pricing documentation (Master Files, Local Files, benchmarks)
- Serve as principal interlocutor with tax authorities during tax audits, mutual agreement procedures (MAP), and advance pricing agreements (APA/BAPA)
- Identify, anticipate, and manage fiscal and customs risks; propose pragmatic, compliant solutions and track exposures to inform business decisions
- Support strategic projects including reorganisations, new cross-border flows, and international expansion with integrated fiscal, VAT, and customs analysis
- Maintain proactive regulatory monitoring of international tax developments and recommend necessary group-wide adaptations
- Support international subsidiaries during tax and customs audits; structure defences and coordinate responses with external advisors and local authorities
- Promote fiscal awareness and culture across internal teams; provide training to key finance, supply chain, retail, and legal functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in tax law (Master in International Tax, DJCE, or equivalent fiscal law qualification)
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in transfer pricing and international taxation, gained in tier-one advisory firms or multinational corporate groups
- Demonstrable expertise in transfer pricing policy design and compliance
- Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional tax environments and international regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and strategic capability in identifying and managing tax risks

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years in transfer pricing and international taxation roles, preferably within leading advisory firms or multinational luxury, fashion, or goods groups. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of managing complex, multi-jurisdictional tax structures and advising senior leadership on strategic fiscal matters.
Education
Master's degree in tax law or equivalent (e.g. Master in International Tax, DJCE, or equivalent fiscal law qualification). Baccalauréat+5 minimum.
