Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming both internal collaborators and external visitors, and managing space reservations.
• Assist trainers to ensure the seamless execution of training sessions, including IT support, space arrangement, and equipment provision.
• Maintain the organization and readiness of training spaces.
• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional materials.
• Order snacks and beverages for the training bar as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, including meal orders and tracking participant attendance.
• Update the Learning presentation displayed on the welcome screen.
• Manage projects in alignment with departmental updates.
