Role & Responsibilities
- Design blended-learning training tools and content for women's wear expertise domains (ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, accessories) that are turnkey for facilitators
- Monitor training tool performance and consolidate feedback from the field to optimize future developments
- Conduct active competitive intelligence and research emerging training pedagogies to innovate blended learning curriculum design
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of special cross-functional training projects
- Manage inventory of loaned ready-to-wear and accessory items
- Coordinate operational logistics for international training seminars and distribution of training documentation
- Develop and publish weekly newsletters for sales teams featuring fashion news and trend updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university programme
- Prior experience in retail sales, training delivery, or marketing within the fashion sector
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop strongly preferred
- Fluent English (written and spoken at professional level)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
