Role & Responsibilities

  • Design blended-learning training tools and content for women's wear expertise domains (ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, accessories) that are turnkey for facilitators
  • Monitor training tool performance and consolidate feedback from the field to optimize future developments
  • Conduct active competitive intelligence and research emerging training pedagogies to innovate blended learning curriculum design
