Christian Dior Couture seeks a Training Manager in Toronto to lead retail training, product knowledge and coaching across the Canadian retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver retail training programs covering brand culture, product knowledge, Dior selling ceremony and client development across the Canadian retail network.
- Assess ongoing training needs and performance gaps; produce follow-up plans and coaching interventions for boutique teams and underperforming associates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Regional leadership, Merchandising, Visual, Events, Client Engagement and PR to build seasonal product trainings and align learning with commercial priorities.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires and new store openings; coordinate the regional training calendar to support launches and events.
- Provide floor support and focused spot coaching during retail visits; produce visit recaps and recommendations for Training and Retail leadership.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements to sustain learning and elevate selling performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of professional training experience, ideally within luxury, specialty retail or premium fashion environments.
- Proven ability to design interactive, creative and comprehensive training curricula for frontline retail teams.
- Demonstrated capability to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness and implement sustained follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, plus frequent travel across the region.
- Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills, with demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience
Minimum five years’ experience in training/learning roles, preferably within luxury fashion or specialty retail, with a track record of developing and delivering retail learning programs and coaching sales teams to improve commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Education, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
