Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and develop annual training plans aligned with Dior's high standards and market-specific needs
• Formulate and execute effective training programs in partnership with boutique leaders, the Country Manager, and retail leadership
• Deliver corporate retail training and development activities including coaching on performance, selling techniques, and brand knowledge
• Host seasonal collection trainings in coordination with the merchandising team to ensure retail staff understand collection strategy and inspiration
• Organise and conduct company inductions for all staff, ensuring effective onboarding and integration
• Analyse training data through DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), and TRAINING TRACKER systems to assess program impact and effectiveness
• Monitor new joiners' performance and provide ongoing coaching to boutique leaders and retail staff
• Ensure consistent delivery of the Dior Experience aligned with the House's high standards and service excellence expectations
• Build and monitor training action plans tailored to market-specific training needs
• Propose and manage the training budget in alignment with company guidelines
• Foster development of retail team soft skills to enhance overall performance and customer service
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to align actions with the House's strategic direction

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of professional working experience
• At least 5 years of training delivery experience including management training, selling techniques training, or customer service training
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence diverse teams
• Demonstrated training and coaching expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion brands and retail industry practices
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional working experience, with at least 5 years of training delivery experience including management training, selling techniques training, or customer service training. Experience in luxury fashion brands or retail industry is advantageous.

Education

Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
