Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy a structured training curriculum covering product knowledge, brand heritage, makeup artistry, skincare expertise and advanced selling techniques in collaboration with Retail Managers
  • Track and measure knowledge acquisition through regular quizzes, certifications and practical assessments
  • Conduct individual appraisals at regular intervals, delivering clear, constructive and motivating feedback to Beauty Consultants
  • Build and monitor personalized Individual Development Plans for each Beauty Consultant, setting SMART objectives and milestones
  • Oversee Beauty Consultant uniform and grooming allocation to ensure impeccable brand presentation
  • Conduct tailor-made trainings based on knowledge and analysis of each point of sale, including airport typology and passenger profiles
  • Lead operational preparation of training sessions by defining timing, place, attendees and logistics aligned with Retail Managers and commercial milestones
  • Measure training efficiency and business impact through KPIs and sell-out data analysis
  • Develop and upskill promoters and generic staff in key strategic airports
  • Support organization, coordination and animation of the Annual Convention at Travel Retail Europe level
  • Organize and animate Local Seminars three times per year in physical or digital formats
  • Maintain rigorous budget tracking to ensure cost efficiency and return on investment

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an international business school
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, coaching and retail management
  • Knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics industry
  • Curiosity about travel retail business
  • Fluency in English (essential); proficiency in additional languages relevant to the travel retail location is a significant advantage
  • Exemplary leadership and people management capacity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
