Training Manager role at Christian Dior Couture in Abu Dhabi. Design and deliver learning programs for luxury retail organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analyses across departments to identify skill gaps, performance drivers, and future capability requirements
  • Design, develop, and update engaging training curricula, workshops, e-learning modules, and comprehensive onboarding programs
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs utilizing varied instructional techniques and formats
  • Source, vet, and manage external training providers, consultants, and platform partners to supplement internal capabilities
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and employee adoption; continuously iterate programs based on feedback and analytics
  • Manage the annual Learning & Development budget, allocating resources efficiently across programs and technologies
  • Support organizational transformations and strategic rollouts by equipping employees with necessary skills and mindsets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or talent management within a corporate environment
  • Master's degree or relevant certification such as CPLP/ATD is preferred

Experience
