Parfums Christian Dior — Madrid: Training Intern (internship) to support L&D, content creation and training delivery across retail, marketing and HR.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and local implementation of the annual training plan in alignment with market needs and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in adapting, translating and proofreading training materials for different markets and audiences.
  • Contribute to the development of training content: presentations, videos, scripts, product manuals, newsletters and digital learning assets.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of training sessions across formats (in‑person workshops, digital classrooms and one‑to‑one coaching).
  • Manage ad hoc training requests and provide operational support to internal stakeholders (retail, marketing, HR).
  • Monitor training product stock and e‑learning resources and assist in maintaining learning repositories.
  • Coordinate with international teams and external vendors for training logistics and content production.
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas to increase engagement and effectiveness of learning programmes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); French or other languages considered a plus.
  • Ability to sign a full‑time university internship agreement for a minimum of six months; immediate availability preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video/presentation production.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, resourceful and collaborative mindset.
  • Previous experience in training, HR or related projects is a plus but not required.
