Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of the annual training plan across business areas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local market needs.
- Adapt, translate and revise training tools and materials to local languages and formats.
- Develop training content for multiple formats and audiences (presentations, videos, scripts, product manuals, training sheets, newsletters, digital games and quizzes).
- Support and deliver training events in various formats, including train‑the‑trainer sessions, retail professional workshops and one‑to‑one coaching.
- Manage ad hoc training requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritise needs.
- Supervise inventory of training products and e‑learning assets and liaise with international logistics on quota management.
- Participate in sourcing, selection and management of external training vendors and support budget tracking.
- Contribute proactively to brainstorming sessions and propose new initiatives to increase market quota and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent English (C1) and strong Spanish communication skills; French or other languages considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Note; knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and organisational rigour.
- Availability for immediate start and ability to sign a university internship agreement for a minimum of six months, full‑time.
