Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Training Facility Coordination Assistant internship in Paris. Six-month role supporting learning operations and coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as ambassador and primary contact for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming colleagues, external speakers, and training facilitators; manage space reservations and provide orientation
- Support trainers in ensuring smooth programme delivery by coordinating IT setup, space arrangement, and material provision
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of training facilities and ensure optimal working conditions throughout training sessions
- Monitor and manage inventory of training supplies, merchandise, and refreshment bar stock; place replenishment orders as required
- Coordinate meal procurement for training programmes and track participant attendance through sign-in sheets and dashboards
- Update and maintain the Learning Lab presentation materials displayed on reception screens and manage communication-related projects aligned with departmental developments
