Parfums Christian Dior Training Coordinator in Shanghai – coordinate training programs, manage resources, and support HR initiatives. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute training tester programs, ensuring accuracy and smooth operational flow
- Maintain Dior House facilities, including updates and optimization of the training environment
- Oversee BC uniform management encompassing forecasting, ordering, distribution, maintenance, and updates
- Collaborate with 3-axis and area training teams to coordinate training schedules and align them with company objectives and yearly calendars
- Maintain and update the training roadmap to ensure proper planning and execution of all training activities
- Organize training calendars efficiently, manage resources, prevent scheduling conflicts, and maximize training effectiveness
- Assist the Training Director in scheduling, preparing, and designing objectives and agendas for all meetings
- Provide logistical support for meetings, ensuring participant communication and preparation
- Draft and distribute meeting minutes with accurate documentation of key decisions and action items
- Translate and consolidate training materials when needed
- Order, track, and deliver Training Kits from the central facility
- Support additional training projects and programs as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in training coordination or human resources administration
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and oral
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- In-depth understanding of training methodologies and adult learning theory
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in training administration, human resources, or organizational development, demonstrating proficiency in coordinating complex training programs and managing cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
