Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end training programs independently, including management of training testers and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of testing processes.
  • Maintain the Dior House training facilities and optimize the training environment to support experiential learning.
  • Oversee Back‑office/BC uniform lifecycle: forecasting, ordering, distribution, updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the 3‑axis training team and area trainers to develop, maintain and align the annual training roadmap and calendar.
  • Organize and manage training schedules and resources to avoid conflicts and maximise training effectiveness.
  • Assist the Training Director in designing meeting objectives and agendas, provide logistical support, and draft/distribute meeting minutes with clear action‑item follow‑up.
  • Support additional training initiatives: translate and consolidate training materials, prepare and distribute training kits ordered from Central, and participate in execution and evaluation of training activities.
  • Manage training-related administrative paperwork: gratis orders, payment requests, creation forms, annual training records, quarterly AT bonus collection, and travel/visa/hotel arrangements for trainers or attendees when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training coordination, learning & development, or retail training—experience in luxury beauty or retail preferred.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and oral, to support bilingual materials and cross‑functional communication.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
