Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Training Assistant. This role involves coordinating training activities and supporting strategic initiatives in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Training Manager in coordinating training activities at 30 Montaigne in collaboration with the France training teams.
- Contribute to strategic activity management and facilitate training sessions.
- Oversee administrative and logistical tasks including training deployment, attendance tracking, and session optimization.
- Manage training facilities, including room reservations and preparations.
- Monitor training KPIs and maintain activity tracking tools such as LMS, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate budget tracking and communicate with various training stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions focusing on new employee integration, client experience, and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent)
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail and/or luxury sectors is appreciated but not required.
