Christian Dior Couture seeks a Training & Styling Project Coordinator intern in Paris to develop Men's and Home collection training programs (Mar–Aug 2027).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal and permanent training tools including Collection Insider presentations, métier expertise guides, and Style Reviews, ensuring comprehensive ready-to-use materials for trainers across all formats (PowerPoint, digital, print)
  • Manage and schedule digital content publications on the Maison's e-learning platform, coordinating with international trainers, merchandising teams, and company updates to ensure blended learning content for Men's and Home collections
  • Curate monthly Collection Insider materials featuring collection inspiration, storytelling, craftsmanship, silhouette analysis, and styling advice updated four times annually
  • Produce internal trend reviews analyzing seasonal trends, competitor landscape, silhouette decryption, and accessorization guidance twice yearly
  • Support regional teams with inter-collection content, slow-seller strategies, and styling exercises as needed
  • Participate in quarterly showroom collection shoots to gather visual content for training materials
  • Manage the We Are Dior internal community (Instagram) by sharing monthly styling looks and best practices, organizing sales team contests, and driving engagement
  • Compile and analyze monthly styling community feedback to identify best practices and guide corrective styling training interventions
  • Provide logistical and operational support for international training seminars

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or advanced university program
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, training, or marketing within fashion or luxury retail
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven creative sensibility with refined aesthetic judgment and passion for fashion
  • Excellent written and spoken English at professional level
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop is strongly preferred
