Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Training & Styling Project Assistant (Intern) for the Men's & Maison universes. Start Sept 2026, 6‑month internship, hybrid.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the International Retail Training & Styling Manager and a team of three in the conception and production of seasonal and evergreen training materials for retail trainers and sales teams.
  • Develop turnkey training modules (ppt + digital) such as Collection Insider and Expertises Métiers: research, storytelling, product and savoir‑faire documentation, silhouette analysis, accessorising and styling exercises.
  • Contribute to biannual Style Review deliverables: trend analysis, competitive intelligence, iconographic research, copywriting, layout and production coordination (ppt, print, digital).
  • Create and publish blended‑learning content on the Maison's e‑learning platform: manage publication schedules and produce seasonal digital learning for the Men's and Maison universes.
  • Support community engagement on the internal We Are Dior channel: curate monthly looks, organise engagement initiatives, run contests and compile monthly feedback to identify best practices and coaching opportunities.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for international training seminars and participate in showroom collection shootings (approx. quarterly).
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Merchandising, VM, CRM and Digital teams to ensure training content aligns with commercial and brand priorities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school or university degree program (acceptable for an internship).
  • Previous internship or first professional experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion sector.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated rigour, organisational skills, curiosity and a strong ability to synthesize information.
  • Creative sensibility, aesthetic judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; experience with Photoshop is strongly appreciated.
