Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Training and Education Intern in Zurich for learning coordination and event management within the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Learning App back-office operations and analyze Learning App data using Power BI to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate creation, implementation, and follow-up of logistics for major training events across the organization
- Develop and manage online registration and participant tracking tools for all training sessions
- Coordinate training material requirements including planning, procurement orders, and delivery follow-up
- Prepare and distribute training support materials to trainers and points of sale according to operational needs
- Ensure coordination and execution of local printing for training tools and collateral
- Manage all equipment necessary for training sessions and special events
- Coordinate updates and maintenance of the Dior Beauty Advisor Database
- Provide translation support to trainers as required
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and German with good English proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or education in training coordination, operations, or related field
- Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and a hands-on mindset
- Strong computer literacy and proven familiarity with digital platforms and social media functionality

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional or educational experience in training coordination, event management, or operations within a corporate or luxury environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in business, hospitality, event management, or related disciplines is advantageous.
