Christian Dior Couture: Trainee, Retail Operations in New York—12-month program supporting retail excellence and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including calendar coordination, presentation and report preparation, and internal communications management
- Organize and maintain departmental digital assets using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Manage administrative aspects of the retail uniform program, including allocation tracking, order processing, and boutique distribution
- Track and analyze boutique, regional, and system performance data including compliance, inventory accuracy, and audit-related reporting
- Conduct boutique visits to gather operational feedback and assess Standard Operating Procedure adherence, identifying gaps for improvement
- Identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities from data and field observations to inform operational updates
- Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, presentations, and digital content for retail excellence initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and departmental projects including scheduling and participant communication
- Contribute to departmental goals through project assistance and administrative support
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated follow-through practices and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Quick learning ability and process retention
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred

Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience in administrative, retail operations, or related business functions. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
