Christian Dior Couture, Los Angeles: Trainee PR & Entertainment Relations. $20/hr temporary role through July 2027. Support celebrity relations and PR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate weekly press reports and clippings for celebrity categories from print and online publications
- Coordinate fittings and fulfil dressing requests with the entertainment relations team for womenswear and menswear
- Develop monthly press reports covering magazine covers and editorial placements across all product categories
- Monitor and manage social media press reviews and compile industry news reports
- Execute sample trafficking and logistics for VIP requests, including international and domestic shipping
- Assist during PR events and fashion shows by managing RSVPs, compiling dressing lists, and coordinating visibility
- Coordinate celebrity and influencer styling appointments and fittings
- Maintain showroom and closet organization while ensuring professional presentation
- Track VIP placements and gifting strategies for reporting purposes
- Support event logistics including shipping, receiving, and inventory management of samples for editorials and celebrity fittings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in high-profile interactions
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS or similar industry platforms
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 months of professional experience in public relations, entertainment relations, fashion, or related communications field. Prior exposure to luxury brand environments, celebrity engagement, or event coordination is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional credentials. Recent graduates or those completing post-graduate programs are encouraged to apply.
