Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to implement the annual launch strategy and develop promotional plans for key commercial dates
  • Conceptualize, propose, and execute in-store activations for strategic commercial periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Buen Fin, and Christmas
  • Design, negotiate, and implement the annual Trade Marketing plan in alignment with commercial and brand objectives, ensuring consistent execution across all sales channels
  • Coordinate implementation of activations with regional and retail teams, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and Dior standards of excellence
  • Develop detailed implementation guides and activation manuals, communicating guidelines, timelines, and execution requirements to all teams involved
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports to evaluate activation performance, monitoring KPIs, sell-out sales, and ROI
  • Analyze performance by axis, franchise, and ranking to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted activations
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, developing competitive reports including photographic analysis to identify best practices and strengthen Dior's market execution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Brand Activation, or a related field
  • Experience within Beauty, Luxury, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors
  • Strong understanding of point-of-sale dynamics, commercial calendars, and consumer activation
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong project management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to develop high-impact presentations
  • Understanding of KPIs, sell-out performance, and ROI analysis
