Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Traceability Project Assistant intern in Paris to support upstream traceability platform deployment and downstream source-tagging initiatives for ready-to-wear production. The role includes supplier data definition, user change management and training, IT development monitoring, rollout coordination and process optimisation; the internship starts in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work within the Industrial Performance team supporting the ready-to-wear and Haute Couture industrial teams as they redesign ready-to-wear production processes and information systems, in collaboration with business, sustainability, IT and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to a traceability programme involving supply chain, industrial production, sustainability, IT and retail performance teams.
- Define the information to collect from suppliers throughout the supply chain, particularly to help limit environmental impact.
- Deploy the upstream traceability platform and support internal and external users through communications materials and training sessions.
- Monitor IT developments for the upstream traceability platform.
- Define the rollout and continuous-improvement schedule for downstream source-tagging technology.
- Coordinate the rollout with operational teams and suppliers.
- Optimise and monitor the implementation of new flows.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at an engineering or business school, or pursuing an equivalent university degree.
- Autonomous and organised.
- Communicative, proactive and able to exercise critical judgement.
- Interested in and curious about the luxury sector.
- French and English; Italian is welcome.
