Christian Dior Couture seeks Technical Product Owner for Systems IT in Courbevoie. Lead infrastructure product definition and IT operations with 5+ years experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the definition, evolution, and maintainability of the Systems product within the infrastructure and application ecosystem
  • Ensure operational continuity and maintenance of IT services and infrastructure managed by Christian Dior Couture, adhering to best practices in service continuity, performance, and security
  • Provide technical guidance on IT projects and author technical implementation and operational documentation
  • Lead configuration implementation on equipment during scheduled operations, both during and outside standard business hours
  • Support and advise end-users and other IT departments on technical matters and infrastructure initiatives
  • Function as a Level 3 escalation point, managing high-priority infrastructure tickets and requests
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and infrastructure solutions
  • Drive the evolution, reliability enhancement, and implementation of new infrastructure services

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical infrastructure or product ownership role
  • Engineering degree or equivalent advanced technical education
  • Proven expertise in cloud environment management (Azure, GCP, Aliyun) and operating systems administration (Windows, Linux)
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure including storage solutions (NetApp) and backup systems
  • Demonstrated experience in product and project management with strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA) and infrastructure supervision platforms (Centreon)
  • Strong background in information systems security
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements
