Christian Dior Couture seeks Technical Manager for Women's Ready-to-Wear in Paris. Lead production industrialization and quality for luxury collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize regular coordination meetings with product development to anticipate industrial challenges during collection development
- Guide product development and textile/component teams on assembly choices, finishes, components, treatments, and production workflows for designs requiring customization
- Develop and propose parallel industrial solutions when product development cannot follow standard recommendations, submitting solutions for validation
- Collaborate closely with the costing team to optimize production costs
- Identify all industrialization issues in showroom offerings that were not resolved during collection development
- Address industrialization problems during standard fitting sessions with development and workshop teams
- Track unresolved issues using dedicated, shared scheduling with planning teams
- Participate in supplier allocations for Made in France models alongside planning and costing teams
- Guarantee production quality standards by working on upstream and downstream processes
- Support suppliers and planning teams in resolving production issues
- Collaborate with the Italian Technical Office on quality control and supplier coordination with Italian manufacturing partners
Qualifications
- Training in Fashion Métiers with specialization in Production/Industrialization
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in women's ready-to-wear
- Advanced technical knowledge of garments, fabrics, and components
- Proven mastery of women's luxury ready-to-wear manufacturing processes and industrial procedures
- Demonstrated passion for technical problem-solving and the ability to tackle complex challenges
- Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and quality consciousness
- Ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously with excellent prioritization skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and strong analytical capabilities
- Fluent French and English (written and oral); Italian is highly desirable

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in women's ready-to-wear production and industrialization, with advanced technical expertise in luxury garment manufacturing processes and industrial workflow optimization.
Education
Training in Fashion Métiers (or equivalent fashion production education) with specialization in Production and Industrialization.
