Christian Dior Couture seeks a Technical & Industrialization Manager — Women's Ready-to-Wear in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular technical reviews with Product Development to anticipate and resolve industrialization challenges early in the collection cycle.
  • Advise on assemblies, finishes, components, treatments and production flows; guide fabrics and components selection to ensure manufacturability when models require it.
  • Develop and propose industrial solutions in parallel with Product Development when recommended approaches cannot be implemented.
  • Work closely with the Costing team to identify and implement cost-optimisation opportunities without compromising quality.
  • On showroom samples, identify unresolved industrialization issues and address them during standard fittings with Development and the Atelier.
  • Manage follow-up actions for unresolved issues with dedicated timelines and communicate these to Planning teams.
  • For Made in France models: participate in supplier allocations with Planning and Costing; ensure upstream and downstream quality controls; support suppliers and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Office in Italy on product finalisation and quality assurance with Italian suppliers; undertake periodic travel to Italy as required.

Qualifications

  • Formal training in fashion trades with a specialization in Production / Industrialization.
  • Minimum 10 years' proven experience in women's ready-to-wear (Prêt-à-Porter) industrialization/production.
  • Deep technical knowledge of garments, fabrics and components specific to luxury womenswear.
  • Demonstrated mastery of luxury women's RTW manufacturing processes and industrial production workflows.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously and to prioritise effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, precision, quality orientation and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously and cross-functionally in international teams.
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong advantage.
