Parfums Christian Dior — Team Assistant, Digital & Omnichannel in Shanghai. Full-time role supporting the Digital & Omnichannel Director with admin, reporting and calendar management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Digital & Omnichannel Director and the team, including daily inbox management, correspondence and diary coordination.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for local weekly status meetings and monthly meetings with central counterparts; draft presentations and meeting timelines as required.
- Maintain and update the Digital & Omnichannel activation calendar and support campaign planning logistics.
- Prepare regular reporting and data consolidation (daily/weekly/monthly), track monthly spend and contribute to accuracy and timeliness of internal reports.
- Support CRM team magazine management, compile competitor clippings and perform ad-hoc project tasks as requested.
- Create purchase orders for content and digital marketing activities upon request and assist with basic system administration and team logistics.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (PCD functional teams, SSC) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience supporting an assistant, e-commerce, digital or communications function (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- University graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrable numerical and analytical ability, strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with initiative, discretion and strong execution orientation.

At least 2 years of administrative/assistant experience supporting digital, e‑commerce or communications teams; prior exposure to reporting and budget tracking preferred.
