Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen the company's employer brand through enhanced visibility on social media platforms, implementation of innovative recruitment tools, and cultivation of strategic partnerships with schools and key institutions
  • Represent the Maison at career fairs, recruitment forums, and educational institutions to enhance the company's external profile
  • Oversee the deployment and animation of internship and apprenticeship programs, including the design and implementation of their development pathways through internal and external events
  • Pilot and implement innovative recruitment tools, optimize existing systems, and enhance the overall recruitment process
  • Actively deploy France Operations' recruitment plan in coordination with operational stakeholders, from initial needs assessment through employee onboarding
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and propose top talent profiles to internal teams
  • Structure and facilitate people review sessions and participate in governance forums
  • Drive process professionalization and process improvement initiatives, delivering operational excellence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new performance management tools and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, ideally in demanding industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Fluent English proficiency, essential for managing international mobility and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex data and optimize action plans
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and coordination across diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated pedagogical approach
