Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive search firms and external agencies.
  • Monitor onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a distinctive employer brand strategy.
  • Build partnerships with academic institutions for talent programs and CSR activities.
  • Collaborate with Head Office to design learning and development programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and facilitate targeted training initiatives.
  • Champion leadership development programs to build a future leadership pipeline.
  • Implement and manage the annual performance management cycle.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance feedback and review processes.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities to enhance loyalty.
  • Champion inclusive cultures that align with luxury brand values.
  • Drive initiatives promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

Skills

Organized and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong social networking abilities with clients.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
