Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Cultivate relationships with executive search firms and external agencies.
- Monitor onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute a distinctive employer brand strategy.
- Build partnerships with academic institutions for talent programs and CSR activities.
- Collaborate with Head Office to design learning and development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate targeted training initiatives.
- Champion leadership development programs to build a future leadership pipeline.
- Implement and manage the annual performance management cycle.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance feedback and review processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement activities to enhance loyalty.
- Champion inclusive cultures that align with luxury brand values.
- Drive initiatives promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.
