Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for retail boutique positions, partnering with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and provide HR guidance throughout the hiring process
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods and networking to build a sustainable future talent pipeline and optimize hiring lead times
- Manage dispatch worker operations, including recruitment, agency communication, and timesheet/invoice follow-up
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs and induction arrangements to elevate the new joiner experience
- Implement and manage mandatory and regular compliance training programs, including the Career Compass roadmap, and monitor training completion status
- Execute and coordinate key employee engagement events and corporate social responsibility programs to drive positive community impact and strengthen employer brand positioning
- Deliver operational and administrative support for internal talent nurture initiatives, internship programs, and global learning and development requests adapted to local boutique contexts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector
- Strong professional network with market talent prospects and demonstrated ability to source qualified candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and adapt to diverse cultural contexts

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry. Strong social networking capabilities and demonstrated success in building sustainable talent pipelines are essential.
