Christian Dior Couture (Paris) hires a Talent Acquisition Intern to recruit and develop early‑career talent within the Global Talent team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for internships and alternances across Maison métiers, from need identification to candidate selection.
- Identify specific requirements for each internship/alternance and define proactive sourcing channels and volume‑appropriate strategies.
- Screen, interview and present shortlisted candidates to operational managers, ensuring alignment with the Maison's standards and ambitions.
- Manage candidate experience for early‑career talent, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Perform administrative on‑boarding tasks via the Core RH system and liaise with payroll and HR operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Contribute to end‑of‑internship evaluations, organise review meetings and help build talent pools to convert high‑potential interns into long‑term collaborators.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in business, human resources or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 6 months' prior HR experience (internship or alternance) in recruitment or HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage operational managers; strong stakeholder management skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; meticulous and responsive under time constraints.
- Fluent French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
