Christian Dior Couture seeks an experienced Tailor for its Munich boutique. Lead luxury alterations and tailoring operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure precise fit, marking, altering, repair, and pressing of garments in compliance with Christian Dior standards
- Execute client alteration requests with meticulous attention to detail and timely delivery
- Partner with Sales Associates to provide expert tailoring counsel and styling recommendations to clientele
- Demonstrate authoritative product and tailoring knowledge to support premium client experience
- Maintain highest standards of customer service and professional presentation throughout all client interactions
- Collaborate as a committed team member and contribute to store-wide objectives and initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in ready-to-wear tailoring with complex fabrics (silk, leather, and similar materials)
- Mastery of seamstressing and tailoring techniques aligned with Christian Dior standards and haute couture expectations
- Retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience engaging with discerning, high-net-worth clientele

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ready-to-wear tailoring with complex and luxury fabrics, with retail experience considered an advantage.
Education
Formal training in tailoring, dressmaking, or garment construction is implied but not explicitly mandated; professional craftsmanship and demonstrated expertise are prioritized.
