Christian Dior Couture seeks an experienced Tailor for its Munich boutique. Lead luxury alterations and tailoring operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise fit, marking, altering, repair, and pressing of garments in compliance with Christian Dior standards
  • Execute client alteration requests with meticulous attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Partner with Sales Associates to provide expert tailoring counsel and styling recommendations to clientele
  • Demonstrate authoritative product and tailoring knowledge to support premium client experience
  • Maintain highest standards of customer service and professional presentation throughout all client interactions
  • Collaborate as a committed team member and contribute to store-wide objectives and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in ready-to-wear tailoring with complex fabrics (silk, leather, and similar materials)
  • Mastery of seamstressing and tailoring techniques aligned with Christian Dior standards and haute couture expectations
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience engaging with discerning, high-net-worth clientele
