Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the Women@Dior mentorship program in collaboration with UNESCO and regional offices.
- Serve as a liaison for mentors and mentees within the program.
- Contribute to research and development of new activities, partnerships, and content for the program.
- Support the organization of Women@Dior community events and activations.
- Provide operational support for the global implementation of DEI strategies and action plans.
- Assist in coordinating global communities of practice on gender equity and other inclusion priorities.
- Support tracking and data collection of DEI initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct research on DEI best practices and trends.
- Contribute to the creation of thematic training content on inclusion.
- Provide editorial and administrative support for multi-platform communication materials.
- Assist in partner engagement to strengthen collaborations and create shared value.
- Help coordinate internal and external community initiatives.
- Support heritage awareness and appreciation campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a program related to Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a similar field.
- Strong interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
