Christian Dior Couture — Sustainability Intern in Singapore (hybrid). Support regional sustainability and CSR projects from July to December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of sustainability and CSR initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
- Assist in tracking participation metrics, compiling project reports and preparing executive presentation materials.
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, employee engagement initiatives and industry best practices in luxury retail.
- Contribute to internal communication and awareness campaigns that promote sustainability programs.
- Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners/vendors for CSR activities and events.
- Support budget tracking, invoice coordination and administrative follow‑up for regional projects.
- Help monitor project timelines and support the execution of regional employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in HR, events, sustainability or luxury retail is advantageous.
- Demonstrated project coordination and execution skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to liaise with diverse internal and external counterparts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using digital tools to manage data and produce presentations.

Entry‑level internship: no extensive professional experience required; previous internships or exposure to HR, events, sustainability or luxury retail are a plus.
Education
Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
