Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine: Sustainability Communications Intern (6‑month internship starting July 2026) supporting sustainability communications and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sustainability department’s communication projects, producing presentations and internal tools that reflect the Maison’s sustainability strategy.
  • Draft and adapt content for internal and external communications in French and English to amplify sustainability initiatives across stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and manage the international events calendar and propose communication angles for annual moments (e.g., Climate Day, Biodiversity Day).
  • Contribute to the preparation of the next Sustainability Report: benchmarking, data analysis, drafting of narrative content and selection of visual assets.
  • Assist in organising Engagement Week and other internal events: planning, stakeholder coordination and logistical follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in business, communications, sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written communication skills in French and English; ability to produce, structure and edit content for multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, integrity, attention to detail, strategic thinking, change management and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Basic analytical skills for benchmarking and data review, with experience contributing to institutional reports.
  • Project coordination and event planning capability, including scheduling and cross‑functional liaison.
