Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sustainability team in developing internal tools, presentations and communication assets that articulate the Maison’s sustainable development strategy.
- Create and edit content for internal and external communications in French and English to promote sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain and consolidate the international events calendar and propose strategic communication angles for key dates (e.g., Climate Day, Biodiversity Day).
- Contribute to the preparation of the next Sustainability Report through benchmarking, data analysis, drafting of narrative content and selection of visual materials.
- Assist in organising Engagement Week and other flagship internal events, including planning, stakeholder coordination and logistical follow-through.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the five Sustainability pillars (eco-design, innovation & circularity, sustainability performance, integration & learning, communication & engagement) and the Sustainability Directorate.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, communications programme, or equivalent academic course with a focus or strong interest in sustainable development.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; ability to draft clear, persuasive communications in both languages.
- Strong stakeholder management, integrity and attention to detail aligned with Maison values.
- Demonstrated capability in project coordination, event planning and meeting deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Analytical aptitude for benchmarking, basic data analysis and contributing to institutional reporting.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level internship: candidate should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme. Prior internships or coursework in sustainability, communications or corporate reporting are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a business school, communications school, sustainability programme or related academic track (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
