6-month internship: Sustainability Communications Coordinator at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support CSR strategy, content creation, and training initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and strategic presentations supporting the Maison's sustainability strategy using PowerPoint, Canva, and related design platforms
- Create and develop communication content for internal and external audiences to support sustainability initiatives, demonstrating strong editorial capabilities and graphic sensibility
- Participate in the organization of the international Engagement Week, a federating annual event celebrating the Maison's commitment and positive impact on society and the environment
- Support the implementation of training initiatives and contribute strategic proposals for new educational programs related to sustainable development
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends in sustainability, maintaining institutional awareness and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commercial, communications, or business school program with specialization or focus in sustainable development
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strategic vision and understanding of sustainability and CSR initiatives in the luxury sector
- Change management experience and problem-solving orientation
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and institutional standards
